1. Ticket Reservation: Tickets to the Chiayi-Alishan route are available 2 months ahead of the boarding time. Please contact 886-5-2768094 for tickets reservations. Telephone reservation is also available. (Office hour: 8:00am-5:00pm)
2. Reservation Binder: Ticket reservation binder is 10% of the total cost of the ticket. After the reservation, tourists will be informed to pay the binder either at the ticketing counters or by mail within one week. Reservations will be canceled if the payment is late or not met.
3. Ticketing: Available from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Purchase tickets 3 days ahead of the boarding at Pei-men Station and reservation counters.
4. Refund: (1)Under the condition of 30 minutes before departure and endorsed by the station manger, tickets can be refunded with 10% charge of the handling fee. Refunding will not be available if the request is overdue. (2)If the reserved tickets outnumber the actual would-be passengers, in accordance with Clause 1, the difference should be less than 10% (Not limited to irresistible and unavoidable causes that have been confirmed) (3)If reserved tickets are not retrieved before boarding, the 10% binder will be deemed as the handling fee for cancellation.
