The Alishan Visitor Center provides attendant enquiry service, information booth enquiry service, multimedia presentation (introducing area features, relevant recreational videotapes and broadcasting service), leaflets and tour map etc. 3. Holiday Escort Service: Volunteer workers provide onsite escort and tour guide services. Any group of 20 or more visitors may apply in writing for escort and tour guide service 2 weeks in advance. 4. The ticket price includes travel insurance. Please keep the ticket for claims. 5. Visitors watching sunrise are advised to follow the Sunrise Watching Path. It takes about one hour’s walk. Visitors may also take the mountain line forest train to enjoy forest bathing. It is healthy and inexpensive. 6. For your safety, please do not take “illegal” cars within the riding area. 7. For your health and environmental cleanliness, please do not buy beverages or food from hawkers. 8. There are crosswalks inside the area for visitors. Please walk the crosswalk when crossing the road. 9. Visitors visiting the magic tree relics may take the shuttle forest train to shorten their journey. 10 The area is spacious. For your safety, please follow the signs in the area when travelling in the area; and please do not cross the boundary or trespass on the path to prevent potential accidents. 11 Please do not rest or play near the cliff, hanging cliff, steep or areas with unstable soil to prevent potential accidents. 12 There are many flammable trees in the area, please do not camp or barbecue in the area to prevent forest fires. 13 The diurnal temperature range is large in the mountain area, please prepare suitable clothing to keep you warm.
